Ballerina Fashionista – Hanging Out With Friends

I just completed a week long intensive ballet camp and boy are my feet tired! We did our usual warm up, conditioning, barre, and floor exercises along with learning choreography to 5 dances ranging from classical to contemporary and jazz. Although I am catching up on much needed rest, I am very sad because a few of my ballet friends have decided to quit or take some time off this fall. We decided to have a small get together to celebrate the end of camp and say goodbye as we will not be seeing each other for quite a while.

We met at a friend’s house, ate pizza, watched a movie, and played games. Pretty much a perfect Friday night with friends. I wanted to dress casual because it would just be plain weird to show up glammed out to eat pizza. A graphic tee with shorts was made stylish by adding a few key accessories.

A quick note about graphic tees. Be very careful when you are buying graphic tees. Nothing screams toddler like an over embellished unicorn. Opt for more artistic graphics or patterns for a more fashionable, mature look.
