My daughter just had a birthday and I decided I wanted to do ballet birthday party but with a glamorous Broadway feel.
I found some 12×12 glittered square paper in the clearance section about a year ago and thought these are too fabulous to not buy. I had them laying around not sure what to do with them, kind of wishing they were wallpaper – then it hit me! I should make this into a wall covering for the desert table.
I found some awesome wrapping paper and wrapped it around my curved oval dining table instead of buying a table cloth. I wanted to try something different and I loved the gold foil on the paper.
I wanted to add some whimsy without buying something that wasn’t useful. I went to the dollar store and bought a ton of pink boas to around each chair, just above the tutus. I also added boas around the table and hanging from the ceiling.
Here the girls are all cuddled up in their adorable ballet outfits. Handmade tutus for the girls were topped with a boa to add to the glamor factor with the costumes. A Pretty Ballet Birthday Party is one that any little girl is sure to enjoy, especially my sweet 4 year old.
